Play Ground Games

What do you see when your class or group head out into the playground, children sat texting on their phones, and playing with handheld video games. Well it might not be quite that bad but it’s almost certainly not a yard full of children playing together. We can help you change this with our Play ground games workshop.

The session covers a variety of playground games from traditional games such as ‘what time is it Mr Wolf’ and ‘chuck stones’ to more modern games such as ‘international freeze tag’ and ‘tag rugby’. This workshop does not result in a performance but the group will receive a cue card to help at the end of the session to help them remember and use what they have learnt with the rest of the children in the yard.

This is a two hour session for up to 30 people. That group could be made up of one class, or maybe some members of your schools buddy system or even a combination of older students and your dinner supervisors. The session can be conducted in your school hall or weather permitting in your yard space, and requires the teacher or other suitable adult to be present through out for health and safety reason.

Christmas Workshops

Are you looking for a treat for your class or group in the lead up to Christmas then this is the workshop for you. The work includes working with various dramatic styles to bring this poem to life. This work will generate a short performance suitable for an assembly or a performance in front of parents and staff.
