Venue: Theatre Space North East, 10am to 4pm

Saturday 22 November 10am to 4pm
Foundations - safe unarmed technique including falls, punches, grabs, awareness and partner work ideal for all levels of experience
Sunday 23 November 10am to 4pm
Morning - internmediate skills and problem solving. Afternoon - choreograph a short sequence and film for your showreels
Single Day - £40 per person
Two Days - £70 per person
Capacity: small group to maintain quality of engagement/feedback
Breaks: 60-minute lunch, 2 x 15 mins breaks
Equipment: no specific personal equipment required
